1、 Introduction to Environmental Protection Integrated Treatment Equipment Process:
(1) Grille
The main function of the grille is to intercept large pieces of dirt in the sewage to avoid damage to the pumps or pipelines of subsequent treatment units.
(2) Hydrolysis acidification tank (regulating tank)
In order to ensure the normal operation of pipes, channels, and structures without being affected by changes in peak wastewater flow or concentration, it is necessary to set up a regulating tank in front of the wastewater treatment facility. The function of the regulating tank is to homogenize and equalize the quantity, and it can generally consider functions such as oil separation, sedimentation, mixing, dosing, neutralization, and pre acidification. It can regulate the water quantity and quality, regulate the pH and temperature of wastewater, and can also be used for emergency drainage.
(3) Biological contact oxidation method (integrated sewage treatment equipment)
This equipment is the main equipment of the treatment system, with a carbon steel anti-corrosion structure. The equipment includes a facultative oxygen tank, a two-stage contact oxidation tank, a sedimentation tank, a contact disinfection tank, and a sludge storage tank. Contact oxidation technology is an aerobic biofilm process, in which there is a filler in the contact oxidation tank. Some microorganisms grow on the surface of the filler in the form of biofilm, while others grow in flocculent suspension in water. Therefore, it has the characteristics of both activated sludge method and biofilter. The oxygen required by microorganisms in contact oxidation processes is usually supplied through mechanical aeration. After the biofilm grows to a certain thickness, microorganisms near the packing wall will undergo anaerobic metabolism due to hypoxia. The generated gas and the flushing effect formed by aeration will cause the biofilm to fall off, promote the growth of the new biofilm, and form the metabolism of the biofilm.
2、 Characteristics of integrated environmental protection treatment equipment:
1. Fully consider the prevention and control of secondary pollution, the equipment should have low noise, the area near the treatment station should have no obvious odor, and the treatment facilities should have sealing measures to minimize the impact on the surrounding environment as much as possible;
2. The system is easy to operate and easy to maintain and manage;
3. The processing system can operate automatically, with low recurring operating costs and low investment;
4. Low sludge production and ensuring a reliable outlet for sludge;
5. The treatment facilities should have great adaptability, be acute, meet changes in water quality and quantity, and consider various emergency measures in case of sudden accidents.
