Inclined Tube (Inclined Plate) Precipitator
Product Description
The inclined tube (plate) settler is a highly efficient combined sedimentation device designed based on the theory of shallow tank sedimentation, also known as a shallow tank settler. In the settling zone, numerous closely spaced inclined tubes or plates are arranged to allow suspended impurities in the water to settle on the inclined tubes or plates. The water flows upwards along the inclined tubes or plates, and the separated sludge slides down the inclined tubes (plates) under the force of gravity, eventually concentrating and discharging at the bottom of the tank. This type of settler can improve sedimentation efficiency by 50-60% and increase processing capacity by 3-5 times on the same surface area. The equipment is suitable for the treatment of industrial wastewater from various industries such as electroplating, coal mining, ore dressing, printing and dyeing, bleaching, tanning, food, and chemical.
Product Advantages
·In mixed wastewater containing various metal ions from electroplating, the removal rate of metals like zinc and silver can reach 90% or more, and the treated electroplating wastewater can generally meet the discharge standards.
·For coal mining and ore dressing wastewater, the turbidity can be reduced from 500-1500 mg/L to 5 mg/L.
·In wastewater from industries such as printing, dyeing, and bleaching, the color removal rate ranges from 70% to 90%.
·For leather, food, and other industries, the equipment achieves a removal rate of 90% or more for organic matter and solid impurities.
