Horizontal Belt Vacuum Filter Press
Product Description
The horizontal belt vacuum filter takes the filter cloth as the filter medium and is an efficient separation equipment which makes full use of material gravity and vacuum suction to achieve solid-liquid separation. The integral annular rubber belt is used as the vacuum chamber. The annular belt is dragged by the motor for continuous operation. The press cloth is spread on the belt and runs synchronously with it. The belt contacts with the annular friction belt on the vacuum sliding platform and forms a water seal. The slurry is evenly distributed on the press cloth by the distributor. When the vacuum system is connected in the vacuum chamber, a vacuum extraction and filtration area is formed on the rubber belt. Filtrate is collected through the transverse groove of the filter cloth and enters the vacuum chamber through a small hole. Solid particles are intercepted on the filter cloth to form filter cake. The liquid entering the vacuum chamber is discharged through the soda water separator. With the movement of the rubber belt, the filter cake is formed and enters the washing area and drying area of the filter cake successively. Finally, the filter cloth is separated from the rubber belt and the filter cake is discharged at the unloading roller. The filter cloth removed from the filter cake is regenerated after cleaning, and then goes into the filter area again after supporting silver and rectifying device, starting a new filter period.
