After the concentrated sludge is fully mixed with a certain concentration of flocculant in a static and dynamic mixer, the tiny solid particles in the sludge are aggregated into larger flocculent agglomerates, and free water is separated at the same time. The sludge is transported to the concentrated gravity dewatering filter belt, and the free water is separated under the action of gravity to form a non-flowing sludge, which is then clamped between the upper and lower mesh belts, and passes through the wedge-shaped pre-pressing area and low pressure. Under the action of extruding force and shearing force from small to high pressure area, the sludge is gradually squeezed to achieve maximum separation of mud and water, and finally form a filter cake for discharge.
